Commonwealth Computers - Company Profile -
Joseph Gallo, President
With over ten (10) years of hands-on experience
in the technology field, Joe Gallo began his career in 1996
as a Partner and Co-Founder of Telnet, Inc., a combination retail
operation, onsite service provider/walk-in repair depot, located
in Saugus, MA.
During this time Joe also attended Boston University
Metropolitan School at the Wang Center participating in various
certificate courses to gain additional training and skills in
the areas of networking, computer repair and network operations
system administration.
In 1999, Joe returned to the corporate
world to become a Systems / Exchange Administrator for Randstadt;
the fourth largest staffing company in the world. Projects at
this location included the complete roll out of a unified -email
system, implementing and supporting MS Exchange to hundreds
of remote offices and end-users, as well as providing day-to-day
managerial support in the Network Operations Center.
Seeing
the opportunity to offer small businesses the benefits of personalized
services, as well as access to state-of-the-art technology that
was once only available to larger corporations, Joe made the
decision to work as an independent contractor in February 2001.
In
2003 Joe established Commonwealth Computers, a small but dedicated,
full-service IT solutions provider. Then in 2006, Joe had the
opportunity to purchase Laser PC Medics of New England, an already
established IT service provider for whom he had previously done
contract work. Joe merged the clients and assets of both companies
into what is today, Commonwealth Computers.
Joe Gallo has gained
the trust of his clients in numerous ways, but mostly by simply
explaining to them in "plain English" the pros and
cons of new systems and technologies. Joe assists his clients
step-by-step in selecting the right products and services to
help their businesses operate efficiently and effectively, at
a price that will fit their needs and budget.
